I AM A GRANDFATHER!! Yes, Preslee Lauron Swanberg was born on 2/22/16 and we love her so much!!

Mom and Dad are the Law .... but Grandpa and Grandma are Grace!! Our Loved ones need both!! JESUS is the answer for our families ... HE gives the balance and the JOY!

I'm so excited for Chad and Lisa in the birth of Preslee.

For the last week.... I've been in 'Never Never Land' .... cause I've never been here before.... FIRST TIME FOR LAUREE AND I TO BE GRANDPARENTS.  It is 

so awesome .... I feel like I'm an OBNOXIOUS GRANDPARENT... but  they say that is normal and appropriate.  I just want to do anything and everything I can do to

make life as awesome and pain free for little Preslee..... but on the other hand.... she has to learn to 'sleep through the night' .... and that means mom and dad have 

to be BABY WISE in raising her.... knowing when to feed her.... hold her... and let her alone ... so that she can become suited to the leadership of her parents.  Not 

easy!  But oh the blessed life she will have when she learns and lives with the tension of LAW AND GRACE so to speak....a Holy Balance for living.  Oh Lord, may we 

realize that we too must GROW .... and MATURE in our faith.  May we not always stay as BABES... but through a disciplined life ... feed on the meat of your word and

grow more and more to your likeness.  

And Lord, Thank You for my little Preslee.... I have a feeling that as she 'learns' ol Swan (Big Swan) will be learning more too!!
